Order Cancellation & Refunds
All figures at Billy Bones Emporium are made to order. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before production begins. Once your figure has started being printed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately — the sooner you reach out, the better.
Damaged or Defective Items
I pack every order with extreme care, but if your figure arrives damaged or defective, I want to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. Depending on the situation, I will either remake the piece or issue a full refund at my discretion.
Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within a few days of placement. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Free shipping on orders over $150. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $150.
We ship to 84 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, customers generally have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal. However, because all figures at Billy Bones Emporium are made to order and personally customized, they fall under the exemption for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)). As such, the Right of Withdrawal does not apply to our products.
